Monthly Billing

Lessons are billed monthly in advance. If you know you’ll be away, please let us know before your invoice is issued so we can adjust it accordingly.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full. If you give at least 48 hours’ notice and we’re unable to offer an alternative lesson time, the lesson fee will be credited against your next month’s invoice.

Trial Lessons

Trial lessons are billed after the lesson. If a trial lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, payment in advance may be required before it can be rebooked.

Tutor Cancellations

If we need to cancel a lesson, we’ll always offer an alternative time where possible. If we’re unable to do so, the lesson will be credited or refunded.
